Delivery & Shipping Policy

Carriage is FREE on orders over £50 excluding VAT when delivered in England, Wales or Scotland excluding the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands; for orders under this threshold the shipping fee will apply. 

Mainland UK customers can expect to receive their goods within 1-3 working days. Courier transit time can take an additional 2 days to customers in the Highlands.  Every order is dispatched on a priority basis.

For orders under £50.00, the postage cost is £4.99, and for orders over £50, postage is FREE. 

Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. If the courier service has tried to deliver the goods on different occasions but has found no-one in to take receipt, the goods may be returned to us automatically by the courier for which we will be unable to re-ship out without re-applying the postage cost. 

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is supplied and a delivery is made by us then we will not be able to refund or re-deliver the goods and the purchaser must then make their own arrangements to collect the goods delivered to the address supplied.

We can not deliver to BFPO addresses.

EU Customers please note:

Orders valued under €150 won’t be subject to VAT or duties as part of an agreed scheme between the UK and the EU.

Orders worth over €150 will be taxed at the border and may possibly incur a customs handling fee in the receiving country, these charges will vary from country to country.
